The AccuMot SA1 was designed for demanding industrial applications that require high precision, corrosion resistance, and simplified maintenance, even in harsh and humid environments.

Manufactured from 316L stainless steel, the actuator offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for environments with high humidity or chemical exposure. All its metal components, including the air intake connector, guarantee longevity and reliability even under the most severe conditions.

It features a high-torque stepper motor, mounted in a sealed compartment and protected against moisture, ensuring stable performance and extended durability. The system also has an air intake for motor cooling, which can be used as needed for operational purposes, guaranteeing thermal safety during intensive work regimes.

To facilitate field interventions, the AccuMot SA1 integrates a manually operated handle with protection against ingress, allowing for emergency operation or quick and safe manual adjustments.

The model's highlight is its unique quick-change system, which allows for actuator removal while the machine is in operation, without the need for tools. Simply rotate the mounting flange to detach the actuator, optimizing maintenance time and reducing production line downtime.

Drive AccuMot

The AccuMot Control Drive is designed to provide precise and reliable control for demanding automation systems. Each module is capable of controlling two actuators simultaneously, ensuring high control density in compact panels.

Its modern design incorporates front status LEDs, allowing for quick visual diagnosis of channel operation. In case of failure, the system allows for drive replacement while the machine is in operation, preventing process interruptions and ensuring production continuity.

Furthermore, even if one of the actuators fails, the communication network remains active, ensuring that the other actuators in the system continue to operate normally. Cables, motors, and electronic modules can be replaced independently, simplifying maintenance and reducing intervention time.

The system includes:

  • Quick-connect fittings, which facilitate assembly and maintenance;

  • Communication between drives via connector bases in the rack, eliminating additional cabling;

  • Modular fastening, allowing for quick removal and replacement of modules, with complete safety and efficiency.
