Since its founding in 2007, Accuracy Automation has been working on continuous improvement reviews and actions with our clients to minimize and expedite the replacement of dilution actuators from other manufacturers.

ACCUMOT DA1
In this project, our ACCUMOT DA1 actuator was used, along with a device developed to meet Veracel's needs.
Veracel Project
In 2016, with our extensive experience, dedication, and the support of major paper and pulp manufacturers in the country, we were able, through a partnership between Accuracy and Veracel , to develop our 100% Brazilian actuator system, the AccuMot DA1 – Dilution Actuator 1. This allowed us to replace 75 actuators and install Vrem control software, resulting in superior performance and ease of maintenance.

Klabin Project
In 2019, through a partnership between Accuracy and Klabin , we developed our 100% Brazilian-made actuator system, the AccuMot SA1 , which allowed us to replace 47 actuators and install Vrem control software, resulting in superior performance and ease of maintenance.

In this project, our ACCUMOT SA2 actuator was used, along with a device developed to meet Klabin's needs.
ACCUMOT SB1
In this project, our ACCUMOT SB1 actuator was used, along with a device developed to meet Suzano's needs.
Suzano Project
In 2020, through a partnership between Accuracy and Suzano , we developed our 100% Brazilian-made actuator system, the AccuMot SB1 , which allowed us to replace 51 actuators and install Vrem control software, resulting in superior performance and ease of maintenance.
